Everything went nicely, no problems, and as always the place was neat & clean when he left.

Steve wired our new house and outbuilding, helping us decide the layout with thoughtful advice. More recently he has rewired our well house and helped my husband with a faulty switch on a machine. Steve knows his business from A to Z and offers his service with courtesy and timeliness.

Excellent work

They had a bit of difficulty finding the proper unit for my old Square D circuit panel but got it ordered and installed without difficulty. Since the panel was running out of space it was necessary to install two (2) double breakers to make room for the surge protector which added to the cost but was expected. They did a neat clean and efficient job in about 45 minutes once they had all the parts, they are a pleasure to work with and they do it right the first time.

Called Steve Benfield and told him of the need, he was willing to come out the same day but asked that he come out the following morning, he arrived five minutes early! He took down the old fixtures, evaluated the situation and installed good substantial boxes within 30-40 minutes. He offered to install the new fixtures but we had yet to pick them up so he cleaned up (very little mess) and took my old fixtures out to my garage for future disposition. Great service and first class work!!!

It went very well overall. There were two guys that came out from Benfield Electric and they were on time which was nice. They got the job done quickly and the price that they quoted me before they started was still the same amount when the job was finished. If there was a discrepancy they told me about it. I would hire them again in the future if necessary.

They arrived ontime, did the work for the agreed price and cleaned up after themselves. They also pointed out a couple of things that needed attention, it wasn't electrical work so they didn't gain, but because it was 'neigborly'.

I called late in the day Friday. Steve said he could be there in a half an hour and that's when he showed up. He fixed my mistake and was very courteous and informative about what I did wrong. While he was here I told him about some work I wanted to do in the future and he gave me an estimate for the work, even told me that if I bought the parts it would save me money on the work. Very impressed with his personality, knowledge, and honesty!

He did all of the wiring for the lights. He also did the wiring for a new ceiling light fixture that goes over the counter. He removed a large light fixture from the kitchen. The wiring and functions for at least 4 wall switches were changed. Four new wall switches were also installed. One receptacle was installed over the microwave. While there, he noticed the garbage disposal was not working and he was able to fix it. I also mentioned that I had had a problem with a three way switch and he fixed that as well. He is very accommodating, helpful, and nice. We are very happy with the overall work. They were very professional. I enjoyed their personalities.

Steve and his partner Juan came within the hour. He explained to me in detail what had to be done, why he was doing what he was doing, and I appreciated this because I know nothing about electrical wiring. Steve`s price was half of everyone else I had called, first he changed out the circuits, then figured out how he was going to run the wiring, always making sure before hand that it was okay with me, most people don`t take time like that!

Steve is very personable and humorous, yet professional in his work. His attention to details is rarely found in others. He did small things such as tighten up wires in the main breaker, check for leaks even though all he did was wire the disposal before installation, and worked with the mindset of making it as easy as possible for the plumbers to install the new appliances. The attitude of making work easier for someone else should be honored by all. He cleaned up so well that I couldn't tell he had ever been around. Payment was reasonable. I will use him again and readily recommend him to others.

Everything went perfectly. He arrived on time, performed the work quickly and with no problems, and was very nice as well. I will definitely use Benfield again.

The total cost was 3,000, and the monies were distributed to the electrician from there. We thought that the work was fantastic and done with all aspects of safety. We were very pleased with the work, and we are definitely going to use this company for some future jobs around the house. The are very friendly and polite while working in your home.

When this company came out they were very helpful because they made sure to give us all of the correct measurements. They showed us exactly what the previous company had done wrong. I was very pleased with the service and I would say that they did a good job. I would also recommend this company to other people.

I have only positive things to say about this electrical group. They are phenomenal to put it mildly. They work hard and we simply would use no other company. It is a husband and wife that work as a team and they do such pristine work. They charge about $20.00 an hour but they can charge that because they are so popular in this area. I have no complaints about their prices though. Our work was subbed out to them by a general contractor so I can not say exactly how much we paid. They are fantastic.

I thought that they did a great job and they listened to what I wanted. They were there when they said they would be and they were prompt in getting the job done. I would definitely recommend this company.

They are a great company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. They are responsible and work friendly with others. I would say that the price was reasonable and they have continued to do further work for me as well. I paid the contractor for the installation of the unit; it was about $6,000 and the monies were divided to this company from there.

I have been using them for a while now and they were very good about coming the next day after I call them. They have always done a great job and are very friendly and polite. I felt comfortable having them in my house and will definitely use them again. I am not sure what the price was for the job.

I know that everything is fine and in working order because all the work was inspected. I have no problems what so ever. I did not have any problems when they were here either. They were very nice and courteous to me. We did talk quite a bit. I was kind of interested in their profession. This is hard work, but very important. They explained to me what they were doing and how they were doing it. I really learned a lot from them.

I was very pleased with the work provided by Benfield Electric. We have used them for other things in the past. They always do good work. The workers are easy to work with. They are courteous and helpful. I would recommend their services to others.

I have not had any problems with our water heater at all. The serviceman was so kind to me. He let me know exactly what he was doing and what the recommended settings were for our unit. I would recommend them for the great job he did for us.

We had no problems at all using this company. We found all the people involved treated us with the utmost respect. We love the new furnace they installed for us. We had a few quotes, and this company ranked right at the top. We decided to use them because of how well they presented themselves and the quote to us. The guy who did the actual installation was very clean cut and polite. He made sure there were no gas leaks before he left. He also let us know to call them immediately if we run into any problems with the new furnace.

I thought that was very nice of them to do that. I do not believe that they charged for that service. I believe that it was included with the price of the unit and the installation charge. The charge for everything was around $2800 which I thought was average. Anyways, they did do a good job with everything. I have no complaints. This company is by far OK with me. They did do exactly what they came here to do. They took their time and made sure that the safety of my family came first.
