DESPITE A FEW TECHNICAL GLITCHES OVER THE YEARS (DUE TO CONFUSION OVER 3 LINES I HAVE COMING TO THE HOUSE), MY DSL SERVICE IS RELIABLE AND FAST. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT AVERAGE.

SERVICE IS VERY QUICK FOR WEB BROWSING. IT IS MUCH FASTER THAN DIAL-UP FOR DOWNLOADS. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL WHEN PROBLEMS ARISE. WE HAVE HAD THE SERVICE AT LEAST 2 YEARS AND HAVE ONLY HAD TO CALL 2-3 TIMES.

WE HAVE HAD BELLSOUTH FASTACCESS DSL FOR MORE THAN 4 YEARS AND IN THAT TIME HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF INTERNET ACCESS DUE TO BELLSOUTH ISSUES. THE DOWNLOAD SPEED IS GENERALLY GOOD, ALTHOUGH I HAVE NO RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH CABLE MODEMS FOR COMPARISON. TECH SUPPORT HAS BEEN GOOD THE FEW TIMES I HAVE HAD TO CALL TO RESOLVE HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE PROBLEMS.
