Patrick was very professional and forthright. He was able to tell us exactly what to expect from the HVAC units: the good, the bad, and the ugly. He estimated how much longer he thought they would function in their current condition, and we used this knowledge to negotiate with the sellers. He also suggested repairs that could be done to prolong the life of each unit, but also advised that it might be better to just get new units when the time comes. We appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

Excellent. Patrick seems very trustworthy and knowledgable about his business. He has worked for almost all my neighbors now, and 3 or 4 times have found the problem when other companies said it either couldn't be done or was going to take a lot more money to fix.

Pat is a quality individual that does exceptionally good work. He is by far the best contractor I have dealt with and look forward to having him work any projects in the future. I have recommended Pat to many coworkers and they have all been just as pleased.

The unit that they have installed is fantastic. I chose them because of their price. The person who installed is hardworking, professional and one of the nicest guys who we have ever met. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Overall everything went well, once we agreed that the whole exhaust pipe needed to be replaced. That added a lot of time to the work but Patrick was fair about the price he added for the exhaust and still got the furnace in and running in a timely manner.
