Mortgage Companies
Matt Evans is the most customer-focused mortgage lender I have ever worked with, and I've worked with a number. In the midst of the recent financial crisis, he provided exceptional service for a construction-to-permanent financial of an historic preservation/green renovation at a "jumbo" level. He went the extra mile in every way, picking up and delivering materials to my office, meeting with my design/build firm, meeting with the appraiser (not a minor thing with C-to-P and historic preservation), and - in the end - closing less than a week after final construction numbers were agreed upon. This is the best service I've received from a financial service institution ever, and it was done in the midst of the market meltdown. Amazing!
