They are great to work with. Their rates are very good. Their service is spot on. They know what they are doing. They don't stumble around. They were slow on a previous loan transaction with them. They are very reliable. The bank is so stable and the people are so good to work with that it makes up for the last slow loan. I would use them again in the future.

I WORKED WITH CAROL BEARDMORE ON THE CONSTRUCTION LOAN AND VICKIE FERRELL ON THE REGULAR MORTGAGE. BOTH PEOPLE WERE WONDERFUL TO DEAL WITH. THEY WERE ALWAYS PLEASANT, RETURNED MY E-MAILS AND PHONE CALLS RIGHT AWAY AND MADE APPOINTMENTS THAT WERE CONVENIENT TO MY SCHEDULE. AFTER DEALING WITH OUT OF STATE BANKS IN THE BEGINNING OF THIS PROCESS, I FOUND IT MUCH EASIER AND MORE ENJOYABLE WORKING WITH A LOCAL BANK.
