The owner (Jose Barrera) stated that the work would take a week - and it did: they started Monday October 4th and concluded Friday October 7th.

They team was punctual. The owner was present each day and personally oversaw the work that his team performed. They also did a good job of laying tarps and covering the sidewalk and the decks to protect them from getting paint on them. They cleaned up at the end of each day and they completed the job on-time.

One afternoon Mr. Barrera was without a task to do himself so he powerwashed my drive-way at no additional cost!

My wife was actually in charge of selecting the paint contractor, selecting the paint brand and color as well as being available to the paint crew to answer any questions and ultimately signing off on the completed work. She found the owner and the crew to be very pleasant and easy to work with. Spanish is their primary language but they always had a member of the crew that could translate / interpret if there was a question.

We are well pleased with the finished product and had a positive experience working with Mr. Berrera and his crew. I would recommend them to others and would use them again myself.

They are a good company that did a good job overall. They were on time but did not clean up properly after completing the work. They were not very clear on their scheduling as to when they would have turned up, and I had to call them up to find out. It was also difficult for me to speak to some of the Spanish-speaking handymen as they didn t speak good English.
