+ -1 moreIN MY PERSONAL OPINION, THEY ARE EXTREMELY DISHONEST. THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, ONLY ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY CAN GET FROM YOU. I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN, NOR RECOMMEND THEM.
Description of Work: COAT RACK/MIRROR-TOP HEAVY, COULDN'T STAND ALONE,NEEDED ADDITIONAL BALANCE TO STAND. THEY WERE TO REPLACE RACK, OR PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR PROPER BALANCE.
