Initially the work order from my warranty company had been issued to another vendor. The initial vendor did not locate the issue, and in fact was more concerned with locating larger issues. Barkley Heating and A/C was issued the second work order after I reached out to the warranty company again. Barkley was very responsive, called prior to arriving, and isolated the problem within minutes. Barkley Heating and A/C had the issue repaired very quickly and the A/C is running great. I paid my "co-pay" to the initial service provider, therefore my warranty company waived it on this trip and will reimburse Barkley Heating and A/C. I will keep this vendor's contact on hand and will certainly reach out to Barkley Heating and A/C if I have any heating or A/C issues in the future.
