Structural Engineering
This engineering firm was called to do a structural engineering inspection due to the excessive cracking in the home we were considering buying. The engineer said all the cracking was cosmetic and would probably not continue to occur. The floors were uneven, doors wouldn't close or were uneven, cracking in almost every room, fireplace detaching from house. The engineer submitted his report and we asked the company who sub contracted this company if the inspector had gone under the house before we agreed to pay the exhorbitant fee they were going to charge. The inspector never went under the house and re refused to pay the bill and will never use or recommend this company again.
