+ -1 moreIn my opinion both BoA and the mortgage specialist, Scott Griffin assigned to handle my loan application dropped the ball. Again, in my opinion, the mortgage specialist was totally unprofessional, losing documents, missing filing dates, not returning phone calls, and giving misleading information. My complaints to BofA about his conduct fell on deaf ears. Under no circumstances would I ever recommend anyone use BoA or Scott Griffin (the Mortgage Loan Specialist) for a mortgage. Don't do business with BoA or Scott Griffin !
