Everything was great from start to finish. We got a written estimate from Robert, set up a time for the aeration, and he arrived on schedule and did a very thorough job. We are very satisfied and would hire him again. Also, the cost was very reasonable considering the size of our yard.

Let me just run down the list.... Price - of the 3 quotes I got, Robert was the lowest. He also uses high grade product (Lesco) and he agreed to leave me any leftover seed from a 50 lb. bag. Quality - the job was done ahead of agreed upon time and he sent along pictures to my cell phone while he was still at my house to make sure I was satisfied. Impressive. Responsiveness - we agreed on the job weeks in advance. I stated I would like him to come after the next heavy rain. I texted him after we had two good days of rain and he came the next day (3 hours ahead of schedule). Punctuality - See above. Professionalism - very professional. He didn't push or suggest any service I didn't want or need. After he did the work he followed up to check on new grass progress and offered additional advice on watering and spot treating with the leftover seed. About a month afterwards he stopped by again to take a look at the yard and give a few more tips. Overall a 10 out 10! Now I've just got to pay that water bill!!!!
