I brought my car into the garage because of a coolant leak. After they determined I needed to have the cooling system overhauled. We got the work done and within 6 months I am loosing coolant AGAIN. I take the car back and I am told by Nick the owners son the warehouse sent them a “defective” part. Instead of them just fixing it, we had to come out of pocket money for labor and coolant for the car. We did that. I drove away feeling as if the car was fixed. Here we are less than 8 months later and Low and behold coolant leaking everywhere. I take it up there this morning only to be told, I am sorry there is yet another “defective” part, but in order for them to fix it, I will have to pay for the parts and the Labor because the part is out of warranty from the ORIGINAL defective part date and not the second fix they did to correct the first job. So, I get on the phone with Jose Baez(Owner) who starts aggressively loud talking at me telling me he isn’t doing free work on a car because it’s not how he does business and starts giving scenarios of if you buy a car and right before the warranty goes out and you have to buy a compressor when the warranty ends the compressor can’t be fixed under that warranty. I explain to him, the warranty might be out on the car, but not the new part you just put in! How can you sell me two parts in the same system that are defective and have no responsibility. He offers to give me $25.00 TWENTY FIVE dollars off the entire bill! That is how much the coolant cost! Heck, if I buy an Apple phone and it is out of warranty but I start having issues and they see it is a defective product they make good on their product. I just didn’t know you could warranty defective parts!!!! The owner is a jerk, and rude. The inside staff were very understanding and told me it was wrong what he was doing. You can take your car there, but you may end up buying defective parts!!!! However, you will have to pay for the parts they chose(because of course you can’t bring your own) even if there is not damage you have done, no normal wear in tear, just a part from a warehouse they use who sends defective parts and who cares if it’s good or not! Like I told him, there comes a point in business where there has to be morals over money! BEWARE!!!!!!

I was referred to Autow Hook-up by my neighbor. They have a great customer service. They replaced the steering rack and the pressure hose and completed the work on time. They even provide pick-up and drop-off service. The cost was fair.
