 + -1 moreBought car from Arnold Palmer Cadillac in 7/05. As part of purchase, had dealer install DVD and tint windows. They use Auto Toyz. Windows are fine. Upon pickup of car, realized that the DVD output hadn't been set to an empty FM station. I live in Southpark area, and had to drive to university to get them to reprogram. Few months later, the unit fell from the ceiling. It turned out they used only 2 screws instead of the 4 it was meant to have in order to mount the unit. The 2 screws had sheered off from the stress. Had to return to University area to fix. Now my sunroof cover began tearing on the mount for the DVD as it moved back and forth. Took it to Cadillac, and they had AT fix it. They replaced the whole headliner. Got back the car after several days, and they had replaced all of the headliner: except the actual sunroof cover with the roughed up streaks on it. Cadillac is now ordering that part, and they say that AT will be replacing.
Description of Work: Installed headliner mounted DVD player for back seat. Tinted windows.
