Austin showed us many homes in the Charlotte area - always positive, always helpful, and always honest. We really wanted to stay in the neighborhood that we had been renting in, so Austin went above and beyond to find the right house for us - right around the corner. The house we decided to pursue was a fixer, and Austin was extremely helpful navigating us through the renovation loan process. Austin showed us many homes in the Charlotte area - always positive, always helpful, and always honest. It went well. I was not present but Austin got back to me within days and explained how she arrived at the value. i would definitely use her again. It was much better than paying for a thorough inspection when all I needed was a ballpark of the value.

Austin always did her research on houses that we were going to see. When we went to see the houses she knew background about the properties and was up to date on specifics with the houses. She allowed me to look at the house and discuss pros and cons of it's design and how well it met my needs.
Austin is very easy to talk to and discuss what I needed in a house. She listens carefully to what I want and need and provides houses that meet those expectations. She is easily available through email, phone, and text. She was always there when I had a question or just needed to discuss the possibilities. Needless to say finding a house with her was a very positive experience.
From looking at houses, to deciding on a house, through the closing Austin Seagrave was professional and friendly. I can't imagine anyone else helping me to find the house of my dreams.

Being a first time home buyer, I'm glad that I met Austin. She has been extremely accommodating to all of my needs and has guided me through the home buying process better than I ever imagined. My husband and I decided to look for a small patio home. We used Austin Seagrave as our realtor and we were very pleased with her services.
