Sabrina was absolutely fantastic! Our pet looked so great when he was done and she really took her time with him. He went right to her and was not at all upset afterward. We really look forward to seeing her again!

This past year the service has declined tremendously while the cost has risen tremendously. There seems to be a lot of turn over in the groomers. One of the groomers totally shaved all the fur off my Papillon. They are not supposed to be shaved at all. It took months for his fur to grow back. After that I found someone else. However she was booked and I needed to get them groomed before I went out of town. Sherri the owner fit me in with one of her new groomers. Big mistake on my part. I should've never gone back. My Miniature Schnauzer was a mess. Very uneven cut AND the groomer cut her with the razor! This new groomer was supposed to have 12 years experience. My Miniature Schnauzer was bleeding all over the place. Since it wouldn't stop I had to rush her to the emergency clinic. She had to get stitches to close the cut. $243 later my poor traumatized dog had to wear a collar for the next 10 days so she didn't try to remove the stitches. Then I had to make a special trip to my vet to get them taken out. Sherri the owner did reimburse me for the groom and the vet bills.

The small dog took about 2 hours and my large took about 5 hours. When the large dog finally came out of the van you would not even know he had a haircut. He looked bathed and brushed and maybe a trim. He was suppose to be puppy cut down for the summer. The groomer then showed me the bag full of hair she got off of him from brushing. Why I guess to try to justify the cost. When she said I owed her $295.00 for both dogs I was very upset. I dont pay $295 for my hair let alone my dogs. The biggest rip off ever. I will NEVER use them again. I called the owner and she was no help. My advise do not use them

It was awesome.. full service. This was our first experience with a mobile pet grooming service. The groomers came early since we had a full schedule. They were very professional. All of the animals were done in four hrs.. quite an accomplishment considering Wolfy, the malamute, ultimately shed probably 10lbs of hair and dirt! The animals were less stressed than if I had had to bring them individually to a groomer. Also, very convenient for me since I could work around the house and yard while the pets were getting groomed. All of our animals look super, and feel a lot cooler for the summer. Well worth the extra cost. Super!

My dogs were filthy and had matting, so the groomers really had their work cut out for them! They've been groomed a lot and this was the best cut they've had. I'm very happy with their service.

I have been very dissatisfied with them. They come to your house in a big truck with their entire dog grooming tools. They groomed the smaller dog first, and they shaved him bald, which resulted in the dog getting sunburned. He was uncomfortable for a while. The shave was uneven. It was a very poor job. I didn't let them touch the second dog. The overall experience was F. It should not have cost $80. They only spent 15 minutes to shave and dip him in some water. It shouldn't take that long. I could have done a better job. I would not use this provider again.

The service they provided was outstanding. Their self-contained van contained everything they needed (including a bath) and was air-conditioned, so comfortable to work in. My cat was badly matted and it took a lot of time and patience on the part of the groomer to get the matting cleared and shave her. The groomer was professional, cared about what she was doing and obviously cared about my cat - treating her as if she were her own. If you're looking for professional service without having to leave your home, then I would highly recommend Aussie Pet Mobile.

It is a franchise. She can do everything inside her truck. I have a very old poodle and other dogs stress him out. She has a tub, running water and electricity in her truck. Danielle is wonderful and my dog loves her. She is really good with him. They are good about calling with appointments. I call Danielle directly on her cell phone. She acts like she has a special interest in my dog. It's a little expensive, because they are coming to me. My dog gets that extra special care and they are in and out in an hour. It is very convenient.
