My cats were in a good mood when they came out. I guess the price is what every body else charges. I gave them a B for price because I think it is exorbitant for any place. They know my animals and they really take good personal care of them.

For one dog, I take to the Atrium. I have a special needs dog and they have an outstanding rehab specialist. She is wonderful. Once-a-month, Sheila has underwater treadmill therapy with the rehab specialist, Kathy Currlin with all kinds of degrees and letters after her name. I cannot praise them enough. I love Atrium. They are wonderful. They are holistic if at all possible. They are very careful about what they sell in the dog food line. Everything is premium quality. They are small and they intend to keep it that way.

They're excellent, very professional, very clean office. Atrium is very expensive. We've been going to them for a very long time. We have our Lab with Atrium. It's just an "A" class operation. The doctors are fantastic. It's like in Monroe. Really I can't distinguish any difference between the two offices other than Atrium is more expensive than Monroe.

I'm quite pleased with the vet that I have. In every doctor that I've ever brought my dog to is that they just have a great demeanor with the dog. If you're going into that type of career, you love animals. It's very reflected in their personalities and the way that they work with your pets when you go to the Atrium Animal Hospital. I lost a pet and they were phenomenal. We had a gorgeous golden retriever and he got sick and died after a great deal of emergency surgery, they set up a room where we have this quaint little funeral for him in the back of their little hospital. They were wonderful. They've been very good and we're very, very happy with them. We don't have to wait forever to get an appointment and they've been very accommodating all around.

They do dog vigility and rehab work there if the dog is injured. Their price is reasonable and they are all very friendly to both, the owner and the dog. They come out and talk to my dog and everybody knows my name after the first visit. I wished they moved closer.

Dr Butchko saved another one of our dogs. She is detail oriented, thorough gentle and an amazing vet. I would never go anywhere else.

We've been going to Atrium for a little over a year now for complementary care only. We have a senior Great Dane who has mobility/incontinence issues and have seen Dr. Smithson and Dr. Butchko for acupuncture only. Both are wonderful, but we personally prefer Dr. Butchko (Dr. Smithson is really great, we just hit it off well with Dr. Butchko).
I had to write a review though as we recently experienced a little bit of a scare with our 2 year old Great Dane. She had some spinal cord issues and needed a neurological consult. After seeing the specialist and determining that we are in a and quot;wait and seeand quot; holding pattern unless something happens, I asked him if it was OK to consult with Dr. Butchko on all natural pain relief. He said that would be fine and so we made an appointment to see Dr. Butchko.
Dr. Butchko was great as always, but hadn't gotten the neurologists report and she wanted to see that as well.
Well, less than a week later I got a call back from Dr. Butchko's assistant and let me know that they had gotten the report and to see how everything was going (I had not requested a call back). This was such a pleasant surprise (by comparison, I am expecting my first HUMAN child and had to leave 3 messages over two days to get a call back from MY doctor's office from a person who couldn't interpret the blood tests results I had been waiting on).
So impressed by everyone at Atrium! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

I think they are good that we’ve been going to them now for about 4 or 5 years. I think they are responsive and they care about your animals. What I’ve always like is their follow up. If you go in for an issue or if your dog is on medication or something, you always get a call from them the next day and depending on what you went in there for, you’ll get multiple follow ups to see how your animals are doing. They have Saturday hours which don’t cost you extra. You can make an appointment for a Saturday and I think that’s a big plus for them. It’s a very clean environment. There’s nothing wrong with their facility at all. For me personally, it’s convenient.

Their office is always well managed and well-kept and I really haven’t seen anything difference the whole we’ve been there. They are well staffed. We’ve always gone to 5 vets then but then we’ve always gone to one particular vet and I have recommended her to other people.

The only negative I really have for them is that it seems like the cost of veterinary keeps going up and it’s not like the facility has expanded and it’s not like electricity prices has seriously gone up or anything. So I wondered what’s driving them. They are not an equipment driven business. They do not offer a discount on the second animal.

Dr. Hombs is fantastic. Dr. Hombs and her staff spent an hour looking over my pup. She talked to me about his nutrition. I was extremely interested in what she had to say since I cook a lot of food for him. We talked about vaccines, dental hygiene, heart worm meds and food. Dr. Hombs was very informative and gave me a large folder of info to read. The staff was friendly and genuinely seemed interested in my dogs care and health.
We will definitely continue with this practice and refer all of my friends.
