They were punctual set up all equipment to what we agreed upon. Very professional and courteous I would have them back out in the future if I needed them. I am very satisfied with the outcome the system is working perfect and we feel safe.

Great until I had to move out of state. They have no clause for cancellation and so they charged me to cancel because I had not reached the end of the 3 year contract.

On three occasions i've had to call ASG about alarms going off - each time i've been asked to call multiple numbers, and the employees didn't know how the system worked, didn't provide any assistance and even let me know it was late and they were sleeping when i called. The support has been extremely disappointing. ALSO - ASG is supposed to call when power is interrupted: this has occurred several times and every time i received the call 2-3 hours after the service interruption! Thank heavens there were no real problems!
