Ascend Roofs

Everything went smoothly. Parker and Lester were very professional and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. This was our first roof replacement and we would definitely hire them again. They did amazing work.

We had multiple problems before in trying to get our insurance company to cover a valid roofing claim. I believe now this was due to the lack of expertise and professionalism of the prior roofing contractors that tried to advocate on our behalf with the insurance company. Lester, the owner of Ascend Roofs, was able to get our claim approved in short order, and he was helpful and patient while we went through several changes in deciding on our roofing type, color etc. Our roof was installed in the exact specifications, timeframe and PRICE that was agreed upon when we first signed the contract. The workers were extremely tidy with materials, polite and professional. When Lester encountered an issue with the insurance company regarding necessary ancillary items, he advocated on our behalf even while waiting on any payment to himself. A great business does what they say they will do with no surprises. Sounds simple but is often not the case in my experience. I can’t recommend Lester and Ascend Roofs more!

Excellent! They had stopped by a few days after the tornado and were going door-to-door to solicit business. Knowing all the door-to-door scams after disasters, a red flag immediately went up when they stopped by. However after checking them out on Angie's list and noticing that Lester (the owner) spent about an hour and a half on both roofs looking them over, my fears were allayed. Lester then came back and met with the insurance company and spent a bunch of time with him. Finally, on the arranged day, they showed up on time and did the work as spec'd. BTW- another reviewer had said they wished that someone on the crew spoke English. There were at least 2 English speaking workers when they did our roofs. The also did a very nice job on cleanup. *********UPDATED (04/03/2018) I sent a picture of the dumped shingles in the lake to them. They never responded. I called sometime later and he said he would have someone come out in a week to take them out of the lake. They never came. The lake water went further down, so I went down and hauled them out to the bank. Sent them another picture to please come and pick them up. After about a week, I hauled them to the dump myself. The roofer they used on the boat house, should have never dumped the old pile of shingles in the lake. He probably thought we would never see them since the lake water was 3 feet or so when it was done.

Lester and his crew cam in and Handled everything and let me know all the details at every step of the way also helped me with my Ins Claim, They were very prompt and on time the guys did a great Job cleaning up after the Job as well, Super Happy with these guys.

They did an excellent job. Completed that work very quickly and cleaned up behind themselves. I have yet to find a single roofing nail anywhere on my deck or in my driveway or yard.

 The entire experience went very well right from the start. We had noticed we had some storm damage so contacted Lester Luna from Ascend Roofs to come over to look at our roof. After inspecting the roof Lester notified me that there was damage, and explained to us that all we needed to do was contact our insurance company and he would be able handle everything else. I called the insurance company,and told them that I had Ascend Roof inspect my roof and that they would be handling the repairs and that was all I had to do. Lester handled the rest, he met with the insurance adjuster and scheduled his team to come out with in a week after the claim was processed. When the roofing crew  showed up they were very cordial and professional and arrived exactly the time we were told they would be here. They finished the roof the same day just as Lester had told us they would. The Ascend crew did an amazing job cleaning up the yard after they were done, I walked the yard and have not found any debris. And the finished product looks amazing. It has been a great experience working with this company from start to finish and I would recommend Ascend Roofing and Lester to anyone.

Lestyr was low pressure, informative and direct. Work done on time. Would be nice if someone from crew spoke English.

It went very smoothly. They are very efficient and friendly. They showed up on time and did a good job. Clean up was spotless. I recommend their service and would use them again.

They found wind damage after the estimate, and they helped me file the claim with the insurance company. Everything went smoothly. It was very simple. I was very pleased with the result.
