Our dryer stopped spinning on Friday evening. I requested service after hours on Friday, and the technician was here at 10:15 the following morning. He diagnosed the problem (a broken belt, and a failing pulley), gave me a quote, and was able to repair it promptly. He also cleaned the dust out of the machine. A great job, completed quickly and professionally, and at a fair price.

Checked everything. Called all over for the replacement part and couldn't find one. He called the manufacturer and they said they don't make that part any more. Very polite and professional. He was sorry he couldn't fix it for us. We would use again.

We called on a Saturday morning once we realized a load of towels was not drying. They said they could have someone out between noon -3. They actually called and asked if they could show up early! The tech was very professional, courteous, and talked us through the repair. He was done with the repair, cleaned out the dryer mechanics, and put it all back together within an hour. It’s running beautifully. This is definitely our new large appliance repair company. Would not hesitate to use again and would highly recommend!

The repair experience went very well.  Boris was very quick to get the part needed and came out to replace.  While replacing he checked some other areas and found the drain line was clogged.  He cleaned this and gave some very good pointers on proactive measures I should take to maintain my washer.  He also shared with me the maintenance plan for 3 appliances that sounds to be very reasonable and worth the investment to keep my appliances working efficiently.  Before leaving he made sure to check the washer to ensure no issues and cleaned everything up really well.

They came out first thing in the morning and had the old washer fixed within 30 minutes. Fantastic service, will definitely keep them in mind if another major appliance goes on the fritz!

The repair required two visits. Boris came the same day we called, inspected the fridge and quickly identified the broken part. He ordered it and came back when the part arrived (a couple of days). He explained the proper operation of the refrigerator so that it would not be damaged in the future. He was professional and courteous and he completed the work in a short time without making a mess.
