Horrible! Other potential clients: be forewarned! I initially called the company and left a online contact request via a company form. While Joe Kushner did contact me within days, his follow-up was atrocious. He would never commit to scheduling a site survey to produce an estimate. We never talked over the phone as he seemed to enjoy just sending emails, which is fine if progress is made. However, over a week (and many emails!) went by and we made NO progress in scheduling a survey date. Even though I constantly and clearly requested it, he continually kept replying back to my emails without making ANY arrangements to view the project site. He was just stringing me along. Basically, he just wasted my time! Maybe he's used to dealing with desperate clients who will put up with sub-human treatment - however, many of us don't appreciate such a callous regard. This was unlike all the other contractors I contacted - they were responsive and truly interested. Joe just treated me like a number - like his time was more important than mine. As a PMP-certified Project Manager with over 35 years of personal experience, I've seen contractors like this before - begging for business when construction is slow, and blow you off when business is booming. Well, what goes around, comes around.
