WOW, THIS WAS THE EASIEST HOME PURCHASE EVER! ART IS VERY EFFICIENT AND ALWAYS ON TOP OF HIS DEALS IN PROGRESS. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN NEGOTIATING WITH THE SELLER TO MAKE SURE WE GOT THE BEST DEAL POSSIBLE.
