We left a large watercolor and 3 signed, numbered prints with Mark at Art Aspects for a framing update. A month later the watercolor was satisfactory, but the artist's signature and numbers had been sliced from the three photo prints. These items had survived for 35 years in our household, but their provenance was obliterated under his supervision. Mark blamed it on an employee, then sidestepped my calls for weeks. Unbelievable! And never again.

After finally locating all 24 pictures in our overflowing boxes of photos, I was so excited to complete this project. Mark, the owner was incredibly patient as we picked out four different frames to compliment not only the photographs, our wall color but also have all the frames work together. Mark recognized the love that had gone into this project over the many years with four children and he paid such attention to details (he had a box cut out on each mat and he had arranged for someone to date each pictures with calligraphy matching the color of the green sign they stood in front of each year). I wanted these hanging before Christmas so my extended family could view them when they came in town for my son's wedding December 29th. Although I gave them plenty of time, Christmas orders can be demanding and high volume. Mark, not only carved out plenty of time to get them completed, but actually gave me two extra weeks to hang the pictures. They did a beautiful job framing the piece we took in. We picked it up on Saturday, and when we got home, found a very small puncture in the print, that wasn't there when we dropped it off. I called them immediately; they asked me to bring the print back in, and we did. It was evident that it hadn't been damaged by us - the back was still sealed and the glass completely intact over the front, and there was NO question about it being replaced. They asked us where we purchased the print; bought a replacement, and had it reframed in no time. They are truly a pleasure to work with - they do incredible work - the quality, service, and finished results are all just simply first class. I have an antique frame to take in for restoration - moulding is missing and it needs to be cleaned and re-leafed - I have complete confidence in their abilities and recommend them wholeheartedly.
