Edward Fryar the team leader was excellent. He was a very good leader to his team and supervised constantly to enure quality service. He was prompt and effective. Edward kept us informed at all stages of the process. Highly recommend Mr. Fryar and his company. This is the second time we have used them for a major longdistance move in last five years.

They were good. They were very thorough. It was a complicated move. They had to move us from one house and there were two different ones. It was managed pretty well. I can't say it was excellent. It was still expensive. The quality was fine. They were fine. They responded right away. They were very professional.

My company recommended this moving company to us. If I had to do this again, I would probably either pack myself or supervise the packing. It may have saved time on one end, it did add time to the other end. We have to take a lot of time to find things and sort them out. United did ding a few small items, but are willing to pay for them. They did make the move go smoothly.

They broke a dining room table, couch and many other items. They walked off the job in MN. They showed up very late. They broke so much stuff. They complained throughout the whole process to my husband and I. They even hired transients to complete the job. I will never use this company again. Horrible experience.

There was a little damage to the the piano but they came back out to fix it.

Arnold and Erin were especially helpful, approachable and responsive during the process. We were pleased with their service and are using them again next Thursday.

THE REASON I LEFT THE AMOUNT PAID BLANK IS THAT THIS WAS A CORPORATE RELO THAT WAS DIRECT BILLED. ALL THAT I DEALT WITH AT ARMSTRONG WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. THE PACKERS, APPLIANCE CRATERS, AND MOVERS WERE ESPECIALLY PLEASANT AND HARD WORKING.

THEY CAME OUT TO OUR HOME AND AFTER TAKING EVERYTHING INTO CONSIDERATION GAVE A PRETTY GOOD ESTIMATE. THEY DID NOT LOWBALL AND THEN STACK ON IN THE END. THEY CALLED CONSTANTLY TO STATUS. THEY WERE AHEAD OF SCHEDULE IN DROPPING OFF OUR STUFF (AFTER CHECKING IN TO MAKE SURE THAT WAS OKAY). AND, ON TOP OF THAT, THEY DIDNT DAMAGE A THING!

I HAVE MOVED MANY TIMES, BUT THIS WAS THE BEST MOVER I HAVE EVER USED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, THE WAREHOUSE WAS SPOTLESS, THE FURNITURE WAS VIRTUALLY UNDAMAGED, AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THE HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AS WELL AS WITH THE HOUSES. THEY PUT DOWN CARDBOARD, TAPED ALL THE CARPETED STAIRS, WRAPPED ALL THE FURNITURE IN BLANKETS, AND CHARGED A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THEY ALSO STORED MY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS FOR 5 MONTHS.
