Johnny was great. He really knows his stuff! He even found some embedded viruses that may have been missed my previous technician. Also gave us tips on how to avoid getting viruses in the future and installed some malware to help.

His card says computer specialists.  He charged us $45 per hour and totally they charged a few hundred dollars which was worth it.  He does a good job and he knows what he is doing.  He is easy to get a hold of and I feel that what he charges is reasonable.

He speaks their language so hopefully it will be resolved. Knowing how desperate we are without internet access he came the very next day. He actually rescheduled another appointment so he could come to our house in the morning which was the most convenient time for me. He was just wonderful. The best thing about him is that he explains everything he is doing in terms you can understand. He takes the mystery out of computers!
