My Mac was not under warranty anymore. They still fixed it and did some upgrades for free. It took them a lot longer to get the part and finish the job, so they offered this service to me for free. They were very apologetic about the longer wait, even though I was okay with it. They were amazing. They were very well trained in customer service. I have already used them to sign up for their service call One-to-One for $99 for the year. With this service, I can go in at any time and get a knowledgeable technician for one hour all to myself to ask any questions that I want about my computer, ipod, or iphone. It's the best money I have spent. I will continue to use them and have already recommended them to others.
