Issue of roaches falling from trees and making their way into my home only to die. Not much could be done and it only lasted for two weeks with a few roaches coming in and dying and it ended shortly as he indicated. I appreciate not pushing for
extra services for no reason. Had a minor issue with mice, not much could be done, he did not find any new entry points. Prior contractor had looked for and sealed all he could find. He put additional bait in attic which was effective but not the ideal solution as whatever entry exists somewhere likely still exists as I've seen two dead mice (but not live ones).

Gene Walsh responded quickly to our request for an inspection and treatment estimate. While on the inspection visit, we had him treat the exterior for a variety of bugs, ants, bees and signed up for quarterly treatments. He also found active termites around our garage slab and working in the wood above our brick front porch. He gave us an estimate for returning to treat the house for termites and warrant against their return.
The treatment required that we clean out the garage in order to give his team working access to the perimeter walls. The termite treatment consisted of trenching around the entire perimeter of the house exterior and interior crawl space, drilling holes at 1 ft intervals through the brick walls and the garage concrete slab and filling the holes with termidor termicide. A very labor intensive job that required his team of 4 a full day and 250 gal of treatment. After treatment, they plugged the holes in the visible areas of the walls and floor.
Overall, Gene and his crew were very professional, reliable and hardworking. Their cost was reasonable for the amount of work required and all evidence of active termites is gone.
I highly recommend Apex and Gene Walsh for a quality and fairly priced extermination job.

They came out last month to take care of some fleas in our yard and we've been using them for about 4 years. He doesn't beat around the bush, does a fair job and charges a fair price.

Great Teatments are done whether I'm home or not. Gene is very trustworthy and helps me with odd jobs I have - helping me hang pictures, installed a garbage disposal, worked on unsticking windows after a paint job and other misc. jobs. I also had a problem with mice gettng into the house from the crawl space, and Gene figured out the point of entry and took care of that problem for me.

I would refer him unconditionally concerning his work. Many many times he has shown up for an 'ant ' problem, and solved it immediately. Gene is professional and one of those rare individuals that works to serve his clients and is quality oriented. If needed he will always go above and beyond to help out.
When working under the house one time about a year ago, he noticed a bit of mold ... which can turn into a very expensive and destructive issue. He was able to correct the problem at a later time, helping me pass expensive mold testing and remediation services, which I needed to have some flooring work done.

Found the nest outside the house next to foundation. Sprayed the nests and also sprayed inside the house where the gnats are getting in. Same day response (actually within 2 hours). Very professional and great service.

He does a very good job, my husband went to school with him and knew his dad and mom. I haven't had any problems since he did his things. Living in the country I was glad for that. I thought he may have to come back a couple of times but he didn't. I didn't think it was expensive and I have paid a lot more. he did good work and he was very conscious of our pets. I had walking pneumonia and he said "I hate to put you on the porch but we are going to wrap you in blankets and put you in a rocking chair for about an hour". He was right on time and I will use him again. If I use Apex I would sure use Larry because he is the one we used and he is the only one that drives the truck here.

When I used him the first time, the initial treatment was $125, which I thought was a little high, but I paid it because I had to get rid of the pest that was biting me; I knew it was not fleas. He came and sprayed the carpets and the outside, and it went away. When I called him to get rid of the bugs, he came out that same day, and I was very pleased with that. I am on a maintenance agreement with him every three or four months; he is yet to come back after his first two visits. I am satisfied with the service and would use him again in the future.

They always did a good job but I just didn?t like that they misrepresented themselves. One of their employees was formally with another company and he didn?t inform us that he was now working with Apex until after they did the work.
