Apex Custom Builders and Billy Martin the owner did a first class job. No complaints. All work done on time and very well done. We are pleased with the finished stamped concrete work. You can't go wrong with Billy and his crew. They did an excellent job.

They did an excellent job and did everything we asked him to do. The price was reasonable and they got the job done in about a week. He is very good at following up with email and he will respond back to you right away. They were very prompt. Billy Martin is a very nice guy, very honest, does exactly what he says, and he did a good job. This was a major job for us. He also raised the deck up 3 feet. He did a very good job of replacing a wood deck to a maintenance free concrete deck. The concrete company was 3 hours late, and they stayed late to make sure it was done. He also merged it seamlessly to our pool deck. I am also having him get me some quotes on some other work as well.

The design was spot for what we ask for, they showed up on time and stayed on schedule the entire time

Billy Martin was recommended by another deck contractor after I had made numerous calls to companies trying to find someone to remove defective Trex materials and replace with new. No one was willing or available to take on the job. Billy came out and did an estimate and explained what he would do in detail. The job was not an easy one in that the old railings and posts had to be taken down and posts replaced without damaging the existing deck and railings, and then re-attaching the railings. The deck is quite large and 14 posts had to be replaced including the ones on the stairs. The Trex posts used originally were no longer available so a different post had to be installed. Billy mapped out a careful plan and installed the new posts, post caps and improved the look of the deck overall as the railings had warped slightly and he fixed this. The job was tedious as each post removal was a different challenge. The final result was excellent, a better looking deck than before. It was completed on time, at the quoted price, as promised. Billy is very conscientious, professional, and was a pleasure to work with. He had an assistant was also professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend Apex Custom Homes - although the website highlights concrete work, Billy has experience and capability of a much wider variety of projects. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again.

I liked the fact that he was very responsive. He showed up when he said he would and he performed the work at the price he quoted. He is very reliable and does good work.

We were working with a general contractor for a porch addition who hired Bill to do our flooring for the addition. Bill is one of the most trustworthy contractors I have ever dealt with. He and Darryl were always punctual, professional and a pleasure to work with.Bill was helpful right from the beginning when we were trying to pick colors and patterns for the flooring. He was meticulous in his work and took the time to ensure everything was perfect. The first night after they had prepared the flooring it rained and Bill showed up after dark to cover the flooring even though it wasn't absolutely necessary. He is extremely conscientious and proud of his work.

The owner of the company, Billy Martin, is a trustworthy, talented contractor and carpenter. He does a lot of work for the members of my church.

Billy spent a lot of time showing me different flooring and granite options before I ever signed a contract. Those meetings were helpful because I didn’t understand the differences in quality and price.

Most of the work was completed while my husband and I were in Jamaica for a week, so the remodel was not an inconvenience disrupting our daily lives. With Apex Custom Builders, we didn’t have to lift a finger. They removed all of the old carpet, countertops, etc., and cleaned up after themselves.

In addition, Billy knew about upcoming sales and we waited on price reductions for the hardwoods and countertops. Thanks to him letting me know about the sales, I ended up with better materials than I would have normally been able to afford while staying within my budget.

I'm very pleased with the remodel. Now, we’re saving for a decorative patio, and we’re planning on hiring Apex Custom Builders.

BILLY HIMSELF WAS AVAILABLE FOR ALL DESIGN AND PHONE CALLS DURING BUILDING (HIS TEAM OF BUILDERS WERE ALSO FANTASTIC). I ALWAYS FELT COMFORTABLE HAVING ANY OF THEM AT MY HOUSE WHILE I WAS HOME WITH MY 15 MONTH OLD SON, OR WHEN WE LEFT THEM ALONE AT THE HOUSE. PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS GUYS ALL OF THEM. THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON OUR DECK AND HAVE A HUGE PORTFOLIO OF OTHER PROJECTS (SCREEN-IN PORCHES, FENCES, DECKS, ETC.) THEY'VE DONE. WE EVEN HAVE OUR NEIGHBORS COMING OVER NOW JUST TO SIT ON OUR DECK!! I SERIOUSLY COULD NOT BE ANY HAPPIER WITH THE WORKMANSHIP, DESIGN AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!!
