Interior Design and Decorating
Not well. We did not "connect" at all regarding what my immediate needs were. Nor did Ms. Cline act upon my desire for her to help me with with a couple of small projects first. We did go to a rug store together to look at area rugs, but I did not purchase one there...they were too expensive and not an item we want to spend a lot of money on at this time. So instead, I bought a piece of carpeting and had the edges surged - at a fraction of the cost of an area rug. Ms. Cline also seemed more intent on trying to sell us additional furniture pieces (from her own sources)...even though we told her we didn't want to spend more $$$ right now on furniture. She mailed us photocopies of some pieces that are styles we don't even like and would never have gravitated to.
