 + -1 moreShe initially gave a long list of items that she'll clean including window cleaning. But windows weren't touched at all. Also the work wasn't complete. She told that she'll be back the next day to finish everything. But never returned. My phone calls weren't answered either.

Description of Work: Andrea is Great! We have used her services for a couple of years now and our house never looked better. She came to our house and after her reviewed of our needs and wants she gave us a quote. That was it! simple and she has done more than we expected! She is very flexible, especially working around our schedule and kids for the summer. She also gives us suggestions and lets us know when things needs to be fixed or ways to improve our house. She always checks with us if a new employee is coming to our house to work with her. She is highly recommended by our family!

Description of Work: Andrea has been cleaning our house for a little more than a year and it has been a great experience! She comes twice a month. She does a great job and always does little extras around the house when she can. She also lets us know of things that need extra care (she saw that our upstairs shower was begining to leak, that we needed to re-seal around the sink in the kitchen). She is great to work with if we need to reschedule or have any concern. The best part of our experience is comming home after she has cleanned our house, It just looks and feels great!

 + -1 moreI spent 16 yrs looking for some one that cleaning my house like their own. My uncle tells me that Andrea has good reference. I decided to try her service. Since that first deep cleaning I notice that I found the person that will take good care of my house. My house has never been so clean before. She is always happy and willing to do the work I need. The house was sparkling by the time she finished. I have 2 weeks with her and I will definitely use her service every week. I have never had someone clean my home that pays such attention to detail. Her work is fantastic and I highly recommend her services.
