My home computer was on its last leg and it was a very busy time for me. I called Andersen IT and told Keith what I needed in a computer and he made some other recommendations. I didn't have time to purchase a computer so we agreed on a total price of a computer + installation. He bought the computer, pre-set up all the programs, came to my home, installed the new computer, transferred all my other programs, internet services, and documents to the new computer and it was great! He was self-sufficient. He went straight into the office and to work. Only had a couple of questions for me. I was thrilled that I could do other things then walk into my office to a very efficiently set up computer system. I highly recommend Keith.
