FIXED RUNNING TOILET, WAS THERE W/IN 10 MIN. OF CALLING, VERY LOW FEE FOR COMING OUT, INSTALLED SOME PARTS, TOILET WORKS FINE NOW. VERY, VERY PLEASANT PERSONALITY. COULDN'T GIVE HIM HIGH ENOUGH RECOMMENDATIONS. STATED HE WOULDN'T CHARGE IF HE COULDN'T FIX
