+ -1 moreHis report was extremely vague. Issues were cited, but with the vague description of what each issue was. Identification of problems, left it up to the general contractor to see what it is. Written so poorly that I couldn’t use the report to get quotes for problems. Everything was done with minimal effort. Roof was inspected from ladder, without even going on roof. Everything was done with minimal effort and minimal detail. I ended up using a different inspection company.
Description of Work: I first had them out on 11/29 and then had to come back out again 12/19 for a home inspection.
