THIS COMPANY WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, UNRESPONSIVE, SLOW, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE MANY, MANY WEEKS LATE IN DELIVERING THE SIGN, DID NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS, PROVIDED A POOR QUALITY SIGN, WERE VERY UNHELPFUL, AND A COMPLETE NUISANCE TO DEAL WITH! EVERYONE ELSE IN THE SHOPPING CENTER HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE WE DID. SOME OF THE SIGNS STILL DO NOT WORK PROPERLY AFTER MORE THAN 1 YEAR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY! STAY AWAY FROM AMERICAN SIGNS!
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY MADE A PERMANENT SIGN FOR OUR RETAIL STORE. WE WERE FORCED TO USE THIS COMPANY BY THE LANDLORD OF THE SHOPPING CENTER.
