I needed immediate help getting my alarm system up and going. The company sent an agent that afternoon to evaluate my situation. And they sent a technician within 24 hours to update my equipment and get me armed and ready to go.

The services went well. The man checked and checked until he found the issue.  An animal had chewed through a wire.  He fixed that and asked all my questions and my husbands questions. We were not charged because we are planning on doing other services with them.  I have called different times and received good help.  I have had a good experience with them.  Their prices are good.  They have helped if ever I had a need.  They are quick and responsive.  I have been please.  The price has not changed in many years and they are willing to work with us for new services.  They are a good company.  I am am very pleased.

The alarm portion of the relationship went fine. The experience we had with them for the whole house stereo and pre-wiring for my home theater system was another story. I would not recommend them at all for anything other than alarm systems. They didn't know what they were doing when they installed our TV wiring, and although they sold us a multi-room controller unit for the whole house stereo they couldn't figure out how to install it. We ended up covering up the junction box for the control unit with a white cover plate. Their pre-wiring for my home theater room had to be ripped out later by another company because it was totally not correct. Their follow-up service was modest, at best. If you want to have an alarm system installed, this company might be okay. But for anything else, use a professional.

I BOUGHT A HOUSE IN FORECLOSURE AND COULDN'T TURN OFF THE ALARM SYSTEM. BRIAN CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED AND DISENGAGED THE ALARM SYSTEM FOR ME. UNFORTUNATELY, HE DETERMINED AFTER TESTING THE SYSTEM THAT IT COULD NOT BE REPROGRAMMED, ONLY SHUT OFF. HE GAVE ME SOME HELPFUL INFORMATION AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME FOR THE VISIT!
