Last December we bought a pool table and had American Billiards move it from a neighbor's upstairs game room to our basement game room.  They did a terrific job from the scheduling during the holiday season, to the pre-move communication, to the day of move communication, to the set up itself.  Most recently, we had two of our pool cues re-tipped ($10 each).  Would work with them again in the future.

American Billiards was very professional in there service.  They worked with us on moving dates, pick up, and delivery times.  Everything was done to satisfaction on time.

They showed up exactly on time and got right to work.  They got my input in positioning the table, and had everything finished in about 2 hours. The price was exactly what they quoted. It looks great, and we're very happy with the work and the clean up they did.

Keith at American Billiards was flexible with me when I needed to reschedule the move and his team showed up on schedule to complete the move. Everything was done to my satisfaction and I would use them again for any future moves or when the table needs new felt.

They are awesome, their store is very big and they have other products like dart tables. When they first came out and leveled out the felt they said it might be unlevel once the carpet settles, it did end up doing this, and they came out and releveled it for free. The guy that came out is very nice!

Contacted American Billiards about moving my 8 foot Gandy pool table to our new house. They had originally moved the table for me 10 years earlier. They were easy to work with and accomodated the date I wanted to move the table on short notice. Two guys showed up right on time, went to work dismantling the table and had it loaded within about 45 minutes. Transported to new house and had it installed within an hour. They discussed positioning the table with us to make sure it was where it suited us. Very easy and quick experience. We definitely recommend.

James and his team arrived on time at my in-laws' house. The dismantled the pool table and brought it, and all the accessories directly to my house. The reassembled the table quickly and professionally, and were very careful to protect my home during the process.

We visited the American Billiard showroom on East 4 th Street in February. After looking at many options and talking with their sales staff about our needs, we decided to have a custom table built that would go well with our game room. We were shown our options, and guided through the process of designing our table down to choosing the proper pocket design. The pricing was less than we anticipated since we had researched table costs prior to our visit. Once the order was complete we were given an approximate delivery date, which was met. Once the table arrived at their warehouse we were contacted to arrange delivery and set up which was scheduled quickly. Delivery and set up was performed promptly and with professional precision. This was an extremely positive experience.

Keith and company have moved this table for us twice now. The really do a great job, the three man crew is efficient and very professional. They instill confidence immediately, they complete either the setup or break down in about one hour. I highly recommend them. They have also recovered our table in the past.

From our first visit, to the shop, to the quick trip, they needed to relevel the table after it settled, our experience was excellent. We felt no pressure from the salesman, to move into a larger or fancier table than we needed. We were steered to an excellent table in our price range. The crew that came to set up was punctual, professional, courteous, and cleaned up after the job was done.

KEITH SETUP OUR 100 YR OLD 9 FT TABLE. THEY SETUP, INSTALLED NEW LEATHER POCKETS, NEW BUMPERS & NEW FELT. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL - PROMPT AND DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE FLEXIBLE IN MAKING ARRANGEMENTS TO MEET AND COMPLETED THE WORK SUFFICIENTLY.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY WHEN THE SLATE ON THE TABLE SHIFTED SLIGHTLY. THEY IMMEDIATELY REPLACED A BALL THAT HAD A LITTLE DING IN IT. NO RESERVATIONS ABOUT THEM. RECOMMENDATION CAME FROM ANOTHER SATISFIED FRIEND.
