AMERICA'S CLEANING CONCEPT

I called Mary Keels on a morning in the week before Thanksgiving. She and her team were actually able to come out the same afternoon! It was wonderful!! I'm sure this isn't always possible, but I certainly felt very lucky that I caught them on a slow day. They arrived precisely at the scheduled time. Mary walked through the house with me to get an idea of the work that was needed. The discussion of price and work that could be completed that day was very professional. She was honest that a deep cleaning, which was what the house really needed, was rather expensive. It was seventy dollars an hour because she would have five people cleaning to get the work done in a couple of hours. Regular cleanings are much less expensive. She was honest about what she thought they could accomplish in the allotted time and she allowed me to prioritize the areas to be cleaned first. Although this was more than I originally wanted to pay, it turned out to be worth it! They did a fabulous, thorough job and were able to clean the entire house, not just the areas that I'd prioritized. Mary was very professional and very nice, as were the other people who cleaned the house. I've already called her to come back and am hoping to have her do semi-monthly cleaning for us on a regular basis.

I thought they did exceptional work. They were quick, thorough and never left a mess. They were very careful with our home and belongings. They are the first cleaning company we have gone back to!
