They come and give you an estimate. They are very courteous and call to set up appointments when it is convenient for you. They tell you exactly what time they will be here and are always on time if not early. He has been an extremely dependable person. He works very hard and is always finished with the work within 5-10 minutes of how long he said it would take. He goes out of his way to make sure we are satisfied.
