 + -1 morePretty much stress free....A little snag in the beginning, Allied construction uncovered existing beam that was suppose to be supporting, found out was not...brought engineer in, reworked column....all up to snuff now....thorough job, looked at all poosibilites to make sure work is consistent and full proof.
Description of Work: Renovation walkout basement space: convert into billard room, media room, kitchen effiiency, wine storage and tasting room, bathroom redo. Included work: travertine flooring, sheetrock,paint, rework AC, electrical, plumbing, appliance install, tear down support wall, install steel support beam, interior brick work, tile installation, coordinate w/ audio video people.
