Very prompt initial contact (on a Monday, the day after I registered on Home Advisor); contractor missed or was late for two appointments for giving me an estimate on Tuesday (because of mechanical trouble with his truck); work was done on Wednesday - efficiently, professionally, and at the estimated cost. I recommend this contractor because he seems to be honest, his pricing is very fair, and his work seems to be top notch.
