I WAS ACTUALLY REFERRED TO THIS COMPANY BY A MANUFACTURER OF REPLACEMENT WINDOWS. AT FIRST, THE OWNER WAS VERY NICE, BUT DURING THE REPLACEMENT WORK, WHICH TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED DUE TO UNFORESEEN ELECTRICAL REROUTING, QUITE A MESS WAS MADE IN EACH ROOM. IN TWO ROOMS, THE TRASH AND WOOD DEBRIS WAS LEFT. IN ANOTHER, THE FRAME WAS REPLACED, BUT IT BOWED OUT CONSIDERABLY. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE OWNER TO HAVE HIM COME BACK AND CORRECT THE PROBLEM, BUT HE WOULD NEVER RESPOND TO MY CALLS.
