The movers arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time. I knew we were in trouble when they arrived in a very small U-Haul truck they had rented. The only equipment they had to work with were a pair of hand trucks and a small dolly. They were pretty slow and I had to call the owner to try and speed things up. They dropped a couple items including a file cabinet and files were all over the ground. They didn't even use the moving "quilts" that are supposed to be used for wrapping some items. My wife, daughter and I decided if we didn't help out it would cost a fortune for us to move the little we had. They either got lost or stopped for lunch on my time on the way to the other location. We unloaded the truck in a 3rd of the time with all of us helping. These people don't have regular moving trucks nor do they have a physical address. Just a P.O. box #. Also the owner wanted the check made out to her and not the company name.
