We have not had any gas leaks, and the cook top works quite well. I guess it is a safe bet that they did their job properly. I have no problems with the work they did, so I would definitely use them again. They were actually a sub, so I did not hire or pay these guys.

All of the work that was done was done very professionally and done correctly with no problems. We really don't know exactly what the actual cost of the plumbing part was because it was all in one bill for the entire job. We can say for sure that the guys doing the plumbing part were very fast. They showed up and got right to work. They even showed up on the time. These guys were very friendly to deal with.

I would not wish this company on my worst enemy. David, the owner, was downright rude. He did awful work. We eventually told him not to come back because his work was so bad. We even had trouble finding another company willing to tackle fixing all of All Around s errors. No one wanted to be responsible for their mistakes during an inspection. When we finally found another company to do the job, they could not get a permit until All Around Plumbing voided their permit. I called him several times. The phone number that he gave me did not even seem to be a business line. He never returned my calls. I eventually had to go to the government building to where they handle permits and have their permit dropped. I think he did do the amount of work that was already paid for but the work was basically worthless. The charges were included in the complete renovation price. I did report them to the North Carolina Licensing Board.

I have used their services in the past, so I was very comfortable in using them again. I like that they usually have someone come out within the hour after I call. I really like that fact they come in and get the job done right the first time.

We had no problems with this company. They really put forth so much effort. There is nothing wrong with anything at this time. We were not around the project for a long item and when we came to check up on things they were always right on schedule. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We were so happy that they did not waste anytime in getting this project done for us. They did both bathrooms pretty much at the same time so they had an extra sense of urgency to get it done fast knowing that we needed a bathroom to use. Everyone was kind and very polite. They would always say yes sir and yes ma'am to us. We were very happy with the price. We had multiple quotes for the job and we found this company to be one of the best we received. For as great of a price as they had, they did not lack by any means in absolute quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I felt he was a nice guy. It is a small operation where you get personal service. A big thing for me was he was here on time. We had other subs that were untimely and did poor work. This was not at all the case with this company. In fact, we got same day service, which is very unusual in this area.

There were not very many problems in the beginning of this project. They made sure to be on time when they came initially to do the work. After the sink started leaking as well as the outside faucet I tried to contact this company to have them come and fix the problems. They did not answer the phone for months and I was very discouraged. When they finally came back and fixed everything I asked them for a quote for another job and they did not call me with that either.

Generally, we were very happy with the work that was done. All Around Plumbing was very responsive and the follow-up was great. They had to change their schedules a couple of times, but always gave us plenty of notice. The workers were very experienced and we have not had any problems with the work that was done.

They were great about putting in our new sewer line. They did not tear up the lawn very much either. The people there are really nice. Our sewer in the house works fine and I don't think we are going to have any problems with it.

DAVE IS VERY RESPONSIVE... HE HAS DONE NUMEROUS JOBS FOR ME - ALWAYS TOTALLY SATISFIED. THERE ARE OTHERS A LITTLE CHEAPER BUT NOWHERE NEAR HIS QUALITY. THERE WAS SOME CUSTOM COUNTER WORK THAT WAS A CHALLENGE, BUT HE MADE IT LOOK PERFECT. DAVE WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY FRIENDS THAT ARE VERY HARD TO PLEASE, SO I KNEW HE WOULD DO A GOOD JOB. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM IN THE FUTURE.
