Alicia was recommended to me by a church musician way back when. When she arrives every year for the tuning, she asks me about the instruments and if there is anything specific I want her to work on. At the end of the tuning, she reviews with me anything unusual and confirms with me when I would like the tuning done again. She calls me every year to set up the tuning, which I really appreciate! Alicia is kind and friendly but very professional.

SHE IS A REGISTERED PIANO TECHNICIAN. SHE OFFERS A VERY FAIR PRICE, IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND TREATS THE PIANO WITH A GREAT DEAL OF RESPECT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.
