 + -1 moreThey did a great job. However, we needed to use them in the past year, but they never got back to us. He was very creative with his solutions. He didn't just jump to the standard, expensive solutions. He thought outside the box, unlike some plumbers we've used.
Description of Work: He redirected water that was coming into the cross space. The sump pump wasn't moving the water correctly. He also made some changes to help prevent further flooding.

Description of Work: Saturday evening our washing machine backed up THROUGH the downstairs toilet! The plumber we could reach found a broken sewer line buried in the front yard. This first plumber (NOT Alex) cleared the line but left the broken pipe and the open trench and charged us $500. He said repairing the broken pipe would be ANOTHER $500. Alex and his son did it happily, promptly and professionally for $140. I appreciate Alex and would call him again in a heartbeat.

 + -1 moreHe is a young man I met years ago, I am the pastor of a church, and he did plumbing for us there and did an excellent job. So basically I just call him whenever I have needed him. I am the bishop of a church diocese in this area, anytime one of those churches needs it, I call him over there. Fortunately, we aren't doing a lot at this house other than this major renovation. I would use him again.
Description of Work: He does all of our plumbing work, he runs lines for me, relocating water lines through our kitchen cabinets and reverts the lines for me.
