The service was great. The staff was great. They were fairly prompt considering you cannot do these things overnight. What stood out the most is the drawings were exactly what I wanted for my house.

Our HVAC system broke down and we must replace the whole system, which requires tearing out walls. So we thought this would be a good time to remodel the bathroom and bedroom.
We first met in April to discuss our ideas and budget and a contract was signed. We received very basic drawings of our ideas with modifications. It took until June 20 before bids were sent out and they requested a response from contractors in 10 days.
One contractor made a bid without even coming out to our location and it was $30,000 higher than what we had stated as our budget.
The person handling our drawings took a long time to respond and seemed to guess at what we wanted. They were nice but it required moving windows and extensive plumbing. They were and quot;shockedand quot; at the price variance and had no idea of why this was so. I had come up with some drawings for re-working to bring down the cost and left them a copy of a picture from a magazine with a design. It took them two weeks to do a re-draw of basically my drawing.
If our budget was too low, then they should have told us that this was unrealistic. It is now October and have had nothing done and we still do not have a working HVAC unit.
Part of the agreement and cost was to supervise the construction, we have been told that we will not be refunded any portion of the $3000.00 we paid.
Very expensive for just drawings and emailing bid requests. They were in the middle of moving their offices and receiving requests for new bids from larger companies and clearly we were no longer important or valued as a customer.
The contractors that eventually came out were very nice.
