Sales associate Edward did a great job and answered any and all questions we had promptly. The start date for construction was rescheduled several times. This was aggravating to say the least. Once install project finally started it took longer for contractors to come out to connect the plumbing, poor concrete and electrical that what we were originally told. We were told three days for completion and ended up being about 10 days or so to complete due to delays on scheduling contractors. Installation of the pool left a huge mess of backfill material that we are still trying to clean up. We are enjoying our pool now that it has been installed. Still working to clean up the mess of the back yard but it's coming together.
