Technician came out and didn?t really check anything. Replaced the capacitor and charged me $368 for capacitor and $89 dollars for service fee. AC unit worked for a few hours then started making a noise and started to blow warm air. I informed the company and tech came back out a few days later and check my unit. Then he tells me my compressor is bad and needs to be replaced and give me a quote for $2900, but will take off $368 for the price of the capacitor he had put on earlier. So, basically I paid $468 dollars for nothing.

Went above and beyond to get my older air conditioner working. Nice courteous and kept me informed. I will use them again for fall system check.

They ripped me off. No breakdown of charges. According to internet research I highly overpaid. Do not use these guys

I was connected with AOE on a Sunday, just trying to make an appointment of some sort. To my surprise, Joe came the same day and within a couple of hours. He was very professional and quickly solved my A/C issue. I Highly recommend him for your a/c needs.

Responded in a timely manner and fixed my cooler problem replaced 2 capacitors. I would recommend them.

The project was not done well. My air was out barely a week after Joe said he had fixed it and now he is asking me to pay more money to get it fixed.

We had a same day appointment for late. Technician came and was very polite for nice and polite. I called A of E HVAC for an issue for my moms central A/C issue. He came , fixed the problem, show my mom how things worked, he was bilingual which helped allot. So from now on for any A/C issue with my moms house I will be calling A of E HVAC.

Very reasonable and fast! Called the same day and for a down HVAC system that serves a toddler and 2 infants and came to the house by evening. He quickly diagnosed the solution and was done in 30mins! Excellent service and A work!

Called on a Sunday evening with our AC out. With a toddler and new born, needed to fix our issue as soon as possible. Joe called and was able to arrive within the hour. Quick response on a non typical work day. He fixed our issue and have cold AC and would highly recommend.

Super fast to job and got the job. Understood the problem quickly and fixed but also recommended an inexpensive safety valve to prevent future leaks to prevent thousands in potential damages. Highly recommend.

I cannot rate on price as I have no comparison. But they called me right away and were at the house within an hour. The technician was pleasant, explained everything to me and answered my many questions. He did NOT try to sell me a new unit right away like other companies have done in the past. I was pleased and will use them again. They also did not charge extra to come out immediately and on Sunday!! Well done!!

They responded very quickly. They gave me a quote for the work to be done. Even though they found something that wasnâ t in the quote they stuck to the original quote. They worked quickly and solved the problem.

Amazing is the only word in today's world of hard to find decent honest contractors. Joe came yesterday looked at the issue. Needed two new gas heat units. He was here at 9am this morning and done by 4pm. Cleaned up the area during and after the installation. Total professional guy and total professional job!! Very fair price I would have Joe do work again in a heartbeat!!
