 + -1 moreMr. Nores did an excellent job. He stuck to the original quote but also inspected our other unit, the duct work and added in coolent to our other AC unit without increasing the cost --and it turned out to be a 6 hour job. This is the 3rd time we have used this company in the last 6 years or so, (initially we used him for business). It's always the best price, fast response time, high quality results and excellent service.
Description of Work: A/C was not cooling -Mr. Nores inspected the unit and found the copper wiring was broken which leaked out all of the coolant. He gave a quote (MUCH lower than another quote we had) for replacing the wiring and refilling the coolant. He said it would be about a 4 hour job.

Description of Work: AIR DUCT CLEANING AND INSPECTION, A large hose was connected to one of the air flow outlets and a pump??or vaccum?? was turned on for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile the lead representative went in to my attic to inspect my furnace and cut a hole in the air return box on the furnace?? He had received permission to inspect my furnace and equipment not cut a hole in any part of it. I was told I had fibers and mold in this box and that this was not healthy. When I questioned how he knew this for certain there was back peddling and a disclaimer of you needed tests for sure but it looks like it. When I asked how it was remedied I received a quote on the margin of my receipt for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. I suspected I had just paid for him to quote on my system. I saw no difference in the dust in the house. ps: they did duct tape the cut piece into place.
