He listened & responded to all our Appliance Questions & Concerns. (He suggested we just add 3o seconds to Microwave cooking time instead of paying $300- to install new Control Assembly.) If not satisfied with that said then buy a new Microwave for $350 instead.!

Was upfront that the replacement part would be super expensive, so I'd probably be better off buying new if noise bothered me that much. And checked out my dishwasher as well since he was here and unfortunately was the same story.
