He was late to this meeting & required reminder. He barely glanced at drawings, and had no question. On the other hand, he was not able to outline a cohesive approach to construction projects, e.g. how he kept people informed about status and problems. He remained purposefully vague on any answers & he seemed disturbed that his work would need any verification at all. He said he would submit a bid in two weeks. I did not get the impression that he would & gave him several opportunities via mail and phone to get out of this commitment. He still insisted that he would, but did not deliver any proposal or bid or followed up in any way. Ad was consistently late, required several reminders & still did not deliver the things he promised. He has several projects going on my street, & if this is the way he operates I fear for the sanity of any homeowner that hires this company. In nearly every interaction that I had with him, he wasn't very honest or forthcoming with me.
